After the popularity of my Christmas holiday planner, I’m designing a 9-page planner for each of the 8 major US holidays.
This planner is handy for:
- Celebrating your gal pals on Galentine’s Day
- Organizing a classroom Valentine’s Day party
- Planning a special date with your partner
Valentine’s Day planner inserts
There are 9 pages in this printable planner. It’s handy for organizing a Valentine’s Day party at home or school, a Galentine’s Day celebration with your friends, or a date night for you and your partner.
Planner cover
The first page of this planner is a simple cover. It reads Valentine’s Day Planner and has watercolor illustrations. It makes a handy first page if you’re printing all of these to make a mini planner. It’s also great as a divider if you’re making a holiday binder with all the annual holidays.
Monthly calendar
The monthly calendar is not dated, so you can fill in the dates and use it yearly. There’s space at the top to write the month, so you can use this anytime — not just February — if you’d like. Use this page to plan your schedule for the month.
Love planner stickers? Use my printable watercolor month name stickers and date stickers.
Valentine’s Day checklist
The Valentine’s Day prep checklist includes lines and checkboxes so you can keep track of everything you need to do this month. There are categories for shopping and errands, decorating and crafts, and events and activities.

Valentine cards
Use the Valentine’s Day cards list to make sure you send a card to loved ones this month. There are headings to organize name, address, and check when sent. This is also handy for classroom valentines (there are 18 lines). Simply write the classroom or other important info instead of the mailing address.
Print your own valentine cards — here are some cute printable cards for all ages!
Valentine’s Day meal plan
If you’re planning to cook a special dinner at home, this Valentine’s Day meal plan has everything on one page. Plan the menu with appetizers, the main dish, side dishes, a dessert, and drinks. There’s also a box for the schedule so you can organize your meal prep. The right half of the page is a shopping list with boxes to check each item off.
Galentine’s Day party
Galentine’s Day on February 13th is becoming a popular day to celebrate friends. Plan a party and organize the theme, date, time, venue, and budget. You can also keep track of the guest list and RSVPs. Plan your shopping trip for decorations and activities while sticking to that budget. Make a to-do list so you don’t miss any party-planning essentials.

Date night
Plan the perfect Valentine’s Day date with a one-page organizer. Keep track of the date, time, venue, and budget. Plan out where you’re going for food, drinks, and other activities. Make a list and shop for gifts — you can even compare costs before making a purchase. Check off items on your to-do list so you get everything done.
Valentine’s Day playlist
A playlist can set the mood for any party. Organize your favorite friendship songs for Galentine’s Day, romantic tunes for a date night, or just your favorite love songs to listen to anytime.
Blank planner insert
There are always more things people need to organize than I can design printable planner inserts for. All of my annual holiday planners include a blank page with a heading marker and lines to keep track of whatever else you need. Use it for planning, journaling, or anything.
