It’s about to get busier than usual around here, which means my everyday planner isn’t quite going to cut it for keeping me organized. I’ve got too many little lists on sticky notes around my desk and the notepad app on my phone.
I’ve used this holiday planner to get my family ready for Christmas for a few years. This year I decided to give it an update with even more pages!

You can use this planner alongside my annual printable planner and calendars. It’s also totally handy as a stand-alone planner for this time of year, even if you don’t use other printables.

Planner pages
There are 9 pages in this printable planner, including the cover.
Undated calendar
No matter if you start planning months in advance or wait until closer to the holidays, you can use this blank undated calendar to plan out your schedule for each day of the month (or months).
This is super handy for those movable feasts, like Hanukka, or for families that celebrate across December and January, like 3 Kings Day.

Holiday prep checklist
The holiday prep checklist is a quick reference for everything you need to do to get ready for the holiday season.
There are 3 sections: shopping and errands, decorating and housekeeping, and events and activities. Each section has plenty of space to write down everything your family has planned for the next few months.
Holiday gifts
Make planning simple with the holiday gifts list. It’s a simple spreadsheet with space to write out everyone you’re shopping for, your budget amount, and a few ideas for something they’d like.
This is handy to start filling out early so that when shopping time comes around, you’ve already got an idea of what you’re looking for.

Holiday meal plan
Use the holiday meal plan to organize lunch or dinner on the big day. Make a menu with every course and a shopping list so you don’t forget anything.
There’s also space for a schedule down to the hour so you can make sure everything is ready at the right time.
Holiday baking
There are so many yummy things to make this time of year! Plan out your holiday baking with a list of recipes and a shopping list. Keep track of where that recipe came from so you can find it again next year!
Holiday cards and shipping
Whether you send family photos and greeting cards or just need to send a few gifts through the mail, you can keep track of what you’re shipping and check off when it’s sent.

Holiday party
Plan a party with this all-in-one page that’s a festive version of my party planner. Keep track of all the details in one place, including the date/time/venue, the guest lists, all your shopping lists, and a to-do list.
Blank lined list
Just in case you need something special, you can use this blank-lined page to track and organize anything else you need. It matches the same festive color scheme, so it would be cute for any list or even for a journaling page.
