Snack season is here. Just kidding. Every season is snack season.
This Halloween snack mix is super easy to make. Just open the packages and dump them in a bowl. I measured to get a good ratio of sweet to salty, but you can eyeball it if you prefer.
The chocolate Chex aren’t super sweet and taste like cocoa powder. I love these mini pretzels. They’re the perfect size for this and don’t overwhelm the other ingredients. I believe the pumpkin pie M&Ms and Reese’s mini pumpkins are new for 2026. If you can’t find them, use regular M&Ms and mini peanut butter cups.
Like most snack mixes, this one is easy to swap out. Although I can’t vouch for every flavor combo, feel free to swap:
- Use a Halloween cereal for a sweeter mix.
- Swap for your favorite Halloween chocolates.
- Skip the peanuts if you’re allergic or add mixed tree nuts if you’re not.
I made this recipe in a small batch to serve 2 to 4 people. You can easily double it (or even more) for a party.
