I love a blueberry smoothie! I usually have frozen blueberries on hand, but I also like to use fresh blueberries in the summer.
When researching for this blog post, I noticed that a lot of people are looking for a blueberry pie smoothie with protein. I sometimes add protein powder to a smoothie, but find it tends to have a specific (sandy) flavor and texture.
I found this Ratio protein yogurt at my local grocery store. If you want to add protein to your smoothie, it has a great flavor. Of course, you can use any blueberry yogurt to make this recipe. (And if you want more protein yogurt smoothie flavors, just swap for a different Ratio flavor. Oikos and Chobani also have protein versions.)
