I’ve been working on a series of pie flavor inspired smoothies, and this one might be my favorite so far! It’s sweet and tart, just like a key lime pie with a hint of coconut.
I used Chobani Greek yogurt in key lime flavor and it’s really good. Of course, you can use your favorite lime yogurt. (I haven’t tested using plain yogurt and lime juice, but I suspect the acidity of real lime juice might affect the yogurt texture.)
If you’re not a fan of coconut, you can use plain creamer or even just skip the creamer and use all milk. It adds flavor and a bit of creaminess, but isn’t the star of this recipe.

Dice the banana or break it into chunks. Add it to a blender cup, along with the yogurt. Add the coffee creamer and milk.

2. Blend and serve.
Pulse a few times until the smoothie is fully combined. Serve right away.
This pairs well with a few graham crackers for a snack. If you wanted to make this a more indulgent treat, you could top it with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbles, and toasted coconut.
