It seems like my family is so busy during the week and many times on weekends too. Can you relate?
Whenever possible, we visit our local park on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. We walk along the trails, watch for birds and other animals, and let the kids run. Just a few hours every week or so is really nice.

It includes a dozen nature elements that you can probably find outside. Some of them are a little harder to locate than others, but most of them can be found pretty easily by kids of all ages.
Print off a copy for each kid and see who can find the most. Or print one and encourage them to work together.
