What’s your favorite Christmas song? There are so many!
I love a mix of classic Christmas carols and new (and not-so-new) popular music. I enjoy Wham!’s “Last Christmas” as much as Bing Crosby’s “White Christmas.” And I happily sing along to Gayla Peevy singing “I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas” and with Sia on “Candy Cane Lane.”
For a fun Christmas in July treat — and December, if you’re reading this later in the year — I wanted to make a few Christmas carol coloring pages.
-I created 2 a few years ago, so I gave them an update and then made 2 new ones. They all feature popular Christmas carols in block lettering along with a few illustrations.

Coloring supplies
You’ll need a home printer with paper and ink to print these coloring pages. Then you can color them however you like! Here are my family’s favorite art supplies:

- Yasutomo watercolor paints
- Arteza watercolor pencils
- Arteza brush pens
Or use these to make mixed media art by adding glitter glue, cut paper, or whatever other art supplies you and your kids enjoy.

Have a holly jolly Christmas
“Holly Jolly Christmas” was sung by Burl Ives in 1957. This printable includes illustrations of holly berries and leaves.
Let it snow
“Let it snow” was originally sung by Vaughn Monroe in 1947 but you probably best know it as a song sung by Frank Sinatra. Technically it doesn’t mention the holidays, so you could enjoy it all winter long. This printable is decorated with snowflakes.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year
This song was first performed by Andy Williams in 1963. If you love random trivia, the song’s composer George Wyle is more widely known for writing the Gilligan’s Island theme song. I filled this printable with all the little things that make the holidays fun – candy canes, snowflakes, ornaments, holly, and even a little present.
Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, have a happy holiday
Brenda Lee first sang “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” in 1958 when she was only 13 years old. For this peppy song, I added a funky-looking Christmas tree and some music notes.
