Is there an ice cream truck that drives through your neighborhood in the summer? We have one that comes around every now and then, playing a classic jingle, of course.
Even though we don’t see the ice cream truck very often, my kids still know to listen for the music and hurry outside to catch him. And just in case, I keep the freezer stocked with ice cream and popsicles.
I thought an ice cream truck would be a fun theme for a kids’ printable, so I made this cute maze. On one side it has 2 kids and on the other, an ice cream truck and a child with a giant ice cream cone stack.

Summer puzzles
After I made the ice cream truck puzzle, I decided to turn it into a whole set. There’s are five total:
- Camping with a tent set up among the trees.
- Kids meeting a friend at the ice cream truck.
- A pool party with flip flops and floats.
- Burgers and hotdogs at a cookout.
- A bucket and sandcastle on the beach.
These are pretty simple, and probably best for kids ages 5 to 10. I included an answer key just in case.
Add these to your road trip activity binder or keep them on hand when you need a quick boredom buster. They’d be great alongside these summer coloring pages!
