You can have ice cream without summer… but can you have summer without ice cream?
Last year I drew these creepy cute summerween ice cream stickers. This year I decided to draw a coloring page.
If you’re looking for a simple and sweet coloring sheet, your kids will love this one. It’s a classic waffle cone topped with 3 scoops of ice cream, with a cherry on top!
Although the design is simple, adults can enjoy coloring and adding more details too.
Ice cream coloring page
This is a simple illustration, but a couple of things can make printables really nice.
- Use good quality printer paper. Mine is bright white and 28 pounds (which just means how thick it is).
- Check your printer settings. Every printer is different, but on mine, the draft quality looks faded. Normal is what I typically use, but best is (of course) the best and I use it when I’m printing something detailed.
- Think outside the crayon box! You can color this with crayons, but try other things like watercolor pencils or Sharpie S Note markers for a different effect.
