Fall Party Printables with Woodland Creatures

It’s fall, y’all! If you are hosting a fall birthday party, Halloween bash, or Thanksgiving dinner these fall party printables are perfect for decorating.

Fall is my favorite season. Mostly I think it’s because my birthday is in November. I have to give some credit to the weather, though. After what seems like endless months of Texas heat and sweating, it’s finally cool enough to breathe and maybe even stop wearing shorts.

Plus, pumpkin spice everything. Unless you prefer an alternative to pumpkin spice.

Fall party ideas

This party pack is great for any type of celebration or get-together. Here are a few ideas:

  • birthday party
  • Labor Day (if it feels like fall in your neck of the woods)
  • Autumn Equinox
  • non-spooky Halloween
  • Thanksgiving
  • kids’ clothes swap meet
  • cookie exchange
  • themed playdate

I love making party prep as easy as possible so I am not too stressed before guests arrive and I can enjoy the party once they do. A few of my favorite party planning “secrets” include:

  • Make it a potluck and ask each guest to bring an item.
  • Host between meal times and just offer snacks or skip food altogether. (Your guests will still probably want something to drink.)
  • Meet at a public area, such as a park, where you won’t need to do much setup.
  • Decorate a single table area rather than the whole house.

That last secret is where a printable party pack comes in. Use just a few decorations, plus matching tableware, to create a fun vibe that’s easy to set up and break down afterward.

Party pack includes

I made these fall party printables in bright leaf colors – red, orange, yellow, and green. This pack includes:

  • banner flags with the full 26-letter alphabet, plus an exclamation point and a cute owl character
  • a page of 4 tent cards
  • a page of 24 party circles

When I first saw other people sharing printable party packs with “party circles” I have to admit I thought they were silly. Once I printed a few, I discovered they are the most versatile thing ever.

You can use party circles for giant confetti, cupcake toppers, cup or water bottle markers, stickers, and just about anything else where you might just need to add something cute. These party circles have three woodland creatures: an owl, fox, and squirrel.

The tent cards work nicely for labeling food on a buffet or for place cards at a dining table.

Fall party invitation

I also designed a matching fall party invitation with a cute owl on a tree stump with space for the date, time, location, and RSVP info for your party.

To get the cute fall party invitation that you see in these photos, head over to Busy Mom’s Helper to download it. It appears to be no longer available on her site.

Like almost all of my printables, I like to print them on 8.5×11-inch card stock at home. Use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut out each individual piece.

Since the pack includes one of each letter, you’ll probably need to print multiple copies of a few pages. Plan out your banner ahead of time so you know exactly which pages you need.
