If you’re looking for something new to do with your family this Christmas holiday season, add Enchant Christmas to your list. My family and I attended the preview night, so I want to give you an idea of what you can expect. Plus, I’ve got a special discount code for my readers at the end of this post.

Enchant Christmas overview
Enchant Christmas is a 300,000 square-foot celebration of everything Christmas, including:

Enchant Christmas preview
My kids are 11 and 14, so they aren’t really into the same Christmas activities they were when they were younger. While they might not be interested in visiting Santa, we had a blast going through the Christmas light maze. In fact, we were there for 2 hours and spent about half of our time there!
The entrance to the maze is easy to find by the flurry of real snow flying from the gates.
The maze has 3 entrances and they all zig and zag around like a labyrinth. You start by picking up a scratch card, then explore the maze, looking for giant reindeer. At each station, there are coins to scratch off the names as you find them.
As we wandered through the maze, we stopped to look at the gorgeous lights and pose for photos. Then, when a reindeer was spotted peeking over a wall, the kids would take off, excited to mark another off the card. {Quickly followed by Mom and Dad, who were also loving the adventure!}
The maze is built from Christmas light shapes – tunnels, paths, larger-than-lifesized ornaments and snowflakes… And the Christmas tree in the middle is 100 feet tall.
My photos barely do it justice. You can get an idea of how big the whole place is in this aerial photo. Those tiny people in the middle are on the ice skating rink.
After we found the last reindeer, we took a break for some delicious food from the trucks and listened to live singing.
When you purchase tickets, the entries are timed so only a certain number of people can enter during each window {to avoid crowding}. You can stay as long as you like once you’re in, so I recommend going early and planning to stay for 2 or 3 hours. We were there for 2 and didn’t have time for ice skating or circling back through the shops a second time.
