Somehow, despite having attended culinary school, I cannot remember how many teaspoons are in a tablespoon. I got tired of googling conversions every time I cooked something, so I put together this handy cheat sheet that has all the important info in one place.
Printable kitchen cheat sheet
This printable is one page. Stick it in the front of your planner or recipe binder or hang it up. It’s pretty enough to hang up as wall decor in your kitchen but would also fit on the inside of a cabinet door.
There are two sections: measurements and conversions. The measurements are a quick reference when you can’t remember how many tablespoons are in an ounce or whatever.

The conversions include the most common measurements and temperatures between imperial and metric. I love using recipes from other countries. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out how much of everything to include, though.
And of course, I write my recipes using US imperial measurements, but I know many of my readers live elsewhere. I hope that this is handy for both my US and international readers.

I printed mine on card stock and taped it inside a cabinet. You could also put it in the front of your recipe binder.
