Printable Geeky Mother’s Day Cards – Star Wars and Star Trek

Celebrate mom with a printable geeky Mother’s Day card. Choose Star Wars or Star Trek for the best mom in the galaxy.

If your mom loves Star Wars or Star Trek, grab one of these printable cards to send her for Mother’s Day! Print this card at home and send it to mom – or give your kids a hand at giving mom a super sweet card on Mother’s Day.

Star Wars or Star Trek? Which will you decide? Unfortunately, I can’t answer that question for you.

I can give you two geeky Mother’s Day card options, though. I love the colors of this space background. The picture has pink and blue swirls, kind of like a nebula, with a few twinkling stars dotted across. I think it makes the white text really pop.

As a geeky mom myself, I’d be thrilled to get either card. And just about anything on my Geeky Easter basket list would make a good gift too.

After you print off a card (or two) head over to Busy Mom’s Helper and grab another printable Mother’s Day card that I made. It’s a Star Wars card and pretty cute. I also shared my thoughts on Star Wars moms and I’d love to know what you think.

Printable cards

Both cards have the same words in different fonts. The Star Wars font is called Star Jedi and the Star Trek font (from The Next Generation) is Trekker.

On the front, the card reads “Best mom in the galaxy” and on the inside, it says “Happy Mother’s Day!”

The cards fit on 8.5×11-inch paper and I recommend card stock. There’s no need to trim.

1. Download the card you want to use and open the PDF on your computer.

2. Load card stock into your printer and print the card in color.

3. Fold the card in half along the short ends with the blank side facing in. Then fold it again along the long ends with the front and back facing out.

Tip: To get really smooth edges with a crisp crease, I use the side of a wooden ruler and drag it along the edge.

4. Pair the card with a gift, slide it into an envelope, or leave it somewhere to surprise mom!
