This printable coordinates with all of my other planner inserts, including my yearly printable planner.

Some people prefer to plan on a monthly calendar. Others use a weekly planner to break the schedule down into days. Sometimes, you really need to organize your schedule by the hour to make sure everything on your to-do list gets done in time.

This one-page planner is a sort of daily docket or one sheet that helps you keep track of your schedule, one day at a time. Several of my readers have asked for a single-page planner and I think this hits all the highlights.

It’s got space for an hourly agenda from 5 a.m. to midnight. There’s also a meal plan, an essential task checklist, reminders, and a space to make notes for tomorrow.

Print one of these every day or just use it on days when your schedule is really full.

For my own planner, I like to do block scheduling. I mark out how long I think each task on my agenda will take, even if it doesn’t really have a fixed beginning and end time (like responding to emails).
