When I sat down to draw this bear coloring page, I wanted to create something that was mostly realistic, but still cute and friendly. I decided this bear should be in its natural environment, a forest, so I added a path and trees to resemble many national parks.
If your kids love bears or you’re planning a camping trip, this is a fun coloring activity for them to do. Be sure to grab this adorable woodland raccoon coloring page too.
I painted my bear with watercolors; it’s pretty easy to blend the wet paints to get a colorful sunset in the background. You and your kids can use whatever medium you prefer.
