This is your year to organize your schedule and take control of your days! The 2020 Printable Planner from Keri Houchin Design includes everything you need to set goals, plan ahead, and manage tasks like a boss.

The Keri Houchin Design 2020 Printable Planner is available now. This year I tested every version of my 2019 Printable Planner and used reader feedback to create a planner that has all of the best elements from the planners I’ve created in the past.
The 2020 version is clean, calm, and clutter-free. You will find that even printing in full color, it doesn’t require too much ink. This is the perfect planner for someone who is looking for a planner or bullet journal that’s easy to customize and personalize.

What’s in the 2020 Printable Planner
The 2020 Printable Planner includes 63 unique pages and is available in two formats:
- Just the uncollated pages, so you can choose which pages you need and print them in any order you like
- A print-ready planner that’s set up with quarterly, monthly, and weekly pages
Planner pages include:
- 4 planner cover variations
- 1 daily page layout
- 2-page weekly layout (Monday through Sunday)
- 12 2-page monthly layouts (January 2020 through December 2020)
- 1 yearly calendar page
- 12 monthly dividers (January through December)
- 4 quarterly goal pages
- 15 inspirational quote pages
New for 2020
Every year when I print my planner, I lament the blank back page at the end of each month, so I designed motivational quote pages to fill the space. You can see a few in the preview below and in the product description in the shop. There are 15 quote pages total.
This year’s planner also includes 4 different cover choices.

Planner preview
Take a closer look at some of the printed pages.
The year-at-a-glance page includes each month in a thumbnail calendar.

There are 4 quarterly planning pages. Each one includes space for you to set a goal and write out why you chose it. Then, each goal is broken down into 3 projects and each project has a task list to check off.
There are 12 monthly dividers, each with the month name in large script on a watercolor background.

The monthly calendars are spread across 2 pages for plenty of writing space. There is a habit tracker along the bottom of each month with space to track 3 different items.

Weekly planner pages are spread across two pages with Monday through Wednesday on the left and Thursday through Sunday on the right. There’s space to write in the date and a to-do list. At the bottom of each day, there is a box to write in your meal plan or anything else you’d like to organize.

There are 15 inspirational quotes included. In the collated print-ready version, they are placed at the end of each month and each quarter. Patterns match the cover designs.

How to get the 2020 Printable Planner
This planner is available in the Keri Houchin Design Shop now. Click the name of the item and then add to cart. Check out right here on my site. The transaction is processed by Gumroad, so I don’t personally have access to your payment info and it is 100% secure. Ready or not, 2020 is over! This planner is no longer available.
Checkout tips
- You can now purchase multiple items at once. If you’d like to add extra planner inserts to your order alongside your 2020 Printable Planner, click each item name and then add to cart.
- I need your zip code for tax purposes and won’t use it for anything else. I have to pay sales tax if you live in Texas, but it won’t change the price you pay.
- After your purchase, you’ll have the option to download immediately. Gumroad will also send you an email with details on downloading.

Printing your planner
After you download the planner, you can print it at home or send it to your favorite printing shop. (All the places I looked into were pretty pricey, starting over $50.)
Pages are scaled to fit 8.5×11-inch computer paper but can be scaled down smaller if desired. Resizing the pages may add extra white margins, make the fonts more difficult to read, or require extra printer settings.
To print the collated print-ready version, you can technically just hit print. However, it is 164 pages, total. You may want to print a few pages first to check your setting before printing the whole thing. Or you may prefer to print one month or one quarter at a time.
To print the pages-only version, you’ll need to choose which pages you want to print and the print order. The PDF download includes an index that lists all the pages included.
With either version, your printer setting may vary. I printed mine using the print-ready version, 2-sided on 8.5×11-inch paper and punched holes along the left side. I also punched holes in cardstock to divide each quarter. It fits in a 1-inch binder comfortably.
Questions and comments
If you have questions about the planner before purchase, need help downloading, or anything else you can leave a comment on this post or send me an email. I’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Hi Keri,
Do you have an academic year calendar? (August 2019-July 2020)
Thank you!
Hi Diane! I have separate planners for 2019 and 2020. (You can find 2019 here: https://onemamasdailydrama.com/2019-printable-planner/)
I also have a student planner that isn’t dated at the end of this post: https://onemamasdailydrama.com/teen-organized-school-student-planner/.
I think this are the most beautiful planners I have ever seen! Thank you so much!
Thanks, Helena! I love the balance between pretty and practical. I created this one to be great for minimalists and planner decorators.
So, Keri, do I understand correctly that it’s no longer possible just to get the monthly calendar? I would need to buy the whole set?
Sorry, Keri. I found the page I was looking for–the monthly planners for Bullet Journal.
I’m glad you found what you were looking for! Yes, I’m no longer doing The Printables Library.
Monthly planner template is good option for my goal, and really thanks for this design.
You’re welcome! I love a versatile design that works for almost everyone.
