Give your tweens and teens a spring activity book to beat boredom on rainy days, during spring break afternoons at home, or on a long road trip. This printable includes 12 pages of writing, drawing, and games embellished with beautiful watercolor flowers.

Spring is almost here! I’m so ready for warmer weather and everything to be green again.
Inspired by the popularity of my other kids’ activity books and worksheets, I decided to celebrate the season change with a brand new one. This spring activity book is geared for older kids – tweens and teens – who want a quiet, busy activity. Some younger kids may like it too, though.
My daughter loves drawing and writing, so I wanted to include plenty of space for personal expression in addition to the puzzles.
After you download the spring activity book below, check out my printable spring checkers game. The graphics match.

Inside the activity book
I wanted to make this a balance between games to play together and activities to do alone. Here’s a closer look at each page.
The cover includes space to write in your name, a title, or whatever you want to include.

There are 3 kinds of journal pages. The first page includes circles, perfect for writing about yourself, your favorite things, or a collection of ideas. The second page has space for short lists or paragraphs. The third page has lines for a bigger chunk of text.

The reading log has space to write in all the important info: date, time, title and author of the book.
Tic tac toe is the classic X and O game. There are five rounds with a scoreboard to keep track of who wins each one.
The I spy page was inspired by a combination of my kids’ favorite road trip games. For a game in the car, look out the window and look for something that begins with each letter, in order, and write it down.

The word search includes 15 spring words. There are 3 different mazes, plus an answer key for the word search and mazes.
