The balsamic chicken from last week’s menu was just incredible. It was so good! I didn’t follow the recipe precisely, but next time we have it I will, so it should be even better. If you’re confused by the online recipe calling for “2 strips balsamic vinegar”, the print version read “2 tablespoons”. I think that must just be a typo!

Monday – Bertolli frozen soup with Alexia frozen rolls
Tuesday – chicken and rice
Wednesday – BBQ kielbasa, Knorr pasta side, and green beans
Thursday – homemade pepperoni pizza and salad
Friday – hotdogs/bratwurst and chips
Saturday – dinner with family
*Sunday is Hubby’s birthday!
