Drama of the week
Last week we tried a new recipe idea: beef stroganoff. A friend recommended it as something that her kids love and mine both thought it was fantastic. The only problem? Hubby wasn’t too thrilled.
Send me your best stroganoff-type skillet meal recipes and I’ll see if I can find one that everyone will enjoy.
Here’s what we’re eating this week:
Monday – loaded salad, baked potatoes
Tuesday – Tex-Mex tacos, refried beans, rice
Wednesday – lemon pepper chicken and zucchini, bean corn salad
I’ll slice the zucchini into planks and cook both the chicken and zucchini on a grill pan on the stove.
Thursday – tuna alfredo with broccoli
Friday – jalfrezi chicken and rice
I’m using a jar of curry sauce from Aldi.
Saturday – ribs, coleslaw, dinner rolls
Sunday – breakfast hash skillet
Sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, and some veggies tossed together in a skillet.
