Happy Monday! I always start off my week by making a grocery list and meal plan. Here’s what I’m feeding my family this week.
Drama of the week
it’s week three in my fish every week quest. I’m alternating canned tuna one week and a real fish recipe the next. Our first week of eating fish filets was not well received. Simply put, the kids said it was awful. I’m trying again this week with something that’s a little more familiar: Long John Silver’s copycat fish. We’ll see how that goes!
Here’s what we’re eating this week:
Monday – honey mustard sheet pan chicken
I’ve got broccoli and potatoes, but I’ll probably add some carrots for color.
Tuesday – sandwiches
This day is going to be so busy… Everyone can make their own sandwich when they have time.
Wednesday – Long John Silvers fish copycat, fries
Hubby is cooking.
Thursday – chicken bacon pasta in garlic cream sauce
This is easy and delicious comfort food.
Friday – TBD
Saturday – TBD
Sunday – frozen pizza
